The ORTLIEB MESSENGER-BAG LAPTOP COMPARTMENT has a dual function. It was initially created to upgrade the messenger bags in the 2023 range, but it also serves as a replacement for the insert in Velocity bags from the 2020 model and Vario bags from the 2022 model.

The Laptop Compartment for the Messenger Bag is only compatible with Velocity bags made after 2020 and Messenger Bags from the 2023 collection. To ensure compatibility, a brief inspection is required. If your Velocity or messenger bag has snap fasteners on the back panel, the laptop compartment will not be suitable. However, if you find a Velcro attachment, you can easily incorporate the laptop compartment.
